LazadaPH: Online Shopping Gets an Upgrade

I now officially declare my addiction with online shopping and Lazada Philippines. Over the months since I started shopping at this site, I have come to know what constitutes an excellent experience and excellent customer service. The folks that run this site embody it, no doubt about that. I just can’t believe it took me so long to think of online shopping this way. Well, probably because prior to this shopping site, none can really claim the title “The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall”. Really, you should see the many products they offer. Take a quick tour of the site and tell me if it doesn’t resemble a mall. The sheer number of brands and products they have is insane! I seriously felt my heart palpitate the first few times I browsed the site. And let me tell you, browsing this super fabulous shopping site is such a breeze. Pretty much everything is laid out for you. From the pertinent information down to their weekly promos, it can all be easily found on the site. When I first signed up for an account, I was surprised and relieved that all it took was less than a minute. They don’t waste your time with irrelevant questions so you basically just need to supply the very basic details and you are done.

 Taking your pick among the many items calling out your name is easy too. You just put it in your cart and hit checkout to pay. It’s actually the part where you have to decide which one to buy that is hard. So if your budget does not permit you to shop to your heart’s content, you put an item on your wish list. The site allows you to hit on the button that says “Add to wishlist”. Every product photo has that button. Speaking of product photos, did you notice how they are accompanied by product descriptions and specifications? So if you’re having a hard time deciding which item to buy, the nifty descriptions might just help. You will also be pleased to know that free delivery is available. In the event you have to fork over money for delivery fee, take note that the Lazada folks have negotiated with their partner couriers to keep the delivery fees down. Yay for us, shoppers!

As for their customer service, I believe they have the best people for the job. There was one time before that I had to call them due because I was in the middle of paying for my shopping when my screen froze for a good 5 minutes and gave me an error message. Turned out there was a spike in the number of site users, thus, the frozen screen. The whole call was handled in a very efficient and professional manner. The person I spoke with assured me that everything’s in control. In slightly crazy situations like that, peace of mind is needed and the customer service agent gave me exactly that.

Lazada Philippines, the Philippines' Online Shopping Mall, is truly a breath of fresh air. The innovations they brought to online shopping are getting such a positive response from consumers like me. When it comes to knowing and providing what the consumers want, I would say they have hit the nail right on the head. They already have the magic formula for success. They just have to be consistent and keep an eye on what needs to b improved on or changed.
