Online
payments have always been troublesome for most people. It is a long over due
issue in online ever since. This is primarily the reason why Ecommerce never
took off when it started to be available online globally. While other countries
have made Ecommerce part of their lifestyle in the early 2000. We were really
behind then. A lot of reasons may be accounted for such as credit card details
may be compromised and requires a lot of forms to fill with your personal
information. This is more troubling to countries that not familiar with online
transactions.
For
people who are still new in online payment, they may have a hard time to pay
online and should not make a mistake doing it.Just a single error may lead to
get overbilled. The downside is that when it comes to online and you got billed
more accidentally, it takes longer days for it to be processed. It's very easy.
You only pay on what you availed in real time. In the digital era, new options
have risen online. Shopping online is one example that is now available. You
can actually save time and energy walking around the mall building. All that
you only need is an Internet access and Internet capable device. To see what
online mall's have to offer, you just need to go visit their website. It's different
here in the Philippines.
A
couple of years ago, online shopping was never a common option. Conventionally,
we weren't able to pay online since most of us are not credit card owners. It
resulted for the Ecommerce to grow very slowly. It was struggle for Ecommerce
to penetrate the low market. It made it easier for Ecommerce to penetrate the
country when website like Lazada was launched in the country. This helped give
online shopping as an accepted option for the customers. It's all thanks to
their Cash on Delivery or C.O.D., it allowed non-credit card owners to shop
online as well. All the customers need to do is leave their shipment address
and recipient name of the customers. Once orders are delivered at the
customer's shipment address, that's the only time they will require to be paid.
It was an online mall offered the first time Cash on Delivery or C.O.D.. Cash
on Delivery is actually not new in the fast food delivery industry but since it
was offered online it helped Ecommerce grow.
It
allowed us to experience online shopping and made us realize how it makes it
easier for us. After their successful launch in the country, competitors grew
each day. This gave us more flexibility in shopping wherein we can go either
way in shopping. The good thing about this is that it allows everyone to become
in control of their path when it comes to address their shopping needs. The
days of time or scheduling on when to shop due to busy schedule is long gone
since everybody can shop anytime, wherever they are.
