Lazada: Giving all customers the best options


It is actually nice to see that the trend of online shopping in the Philippines is now on the rise. Surprisingly, these are a shock for most of us when we think on how it was looked down upon by most local online users. Most of us are aware that we have a high frauds and scams in the country for both online and offline. Moreover, this is the reason why many do not consider online transaction.  This made local online classified websites as the top websites that local online user visit when they want to buy something. They contributed in preparing the local online users for the arrival of online malls in the Philippines.

A community of marketplace was eventually built thanks to these local online classifieds. The local audience didn't know were to go if they went to buy something when local online classifieds still didn’t exist in the country. It is only one of the online store ventures that are available across South East Asia. They are being back by Rocket Internet, which is owned by Samwer brothers. By offering various payment methods, the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall helped the Ecommerce grow in the country.

These various payment methods being offered by them allows their customers to select that they prefer the best for them. Customers are only allowed to pay via credit card or PayPal by most online malls. These conventional online payments are usually the reason customers don't push through with their orders since they don't any of it. Local online consumers were introduced with Cash on Delivery as their alternative payment method online. This allowed this local online mall to tap the untapped markets, which are the non-credit cardholders or PayPal account users. As a matter of fact, this is the majority market in the country.  Now that the entire market is opening in online, it definitely helped Ecommerce thrive in the country.
