Lazada Philippines: Shopping that makes everything easier for us

Almost everybody is now seeing the local online shopping trend that is continuously growing in the Philippines.  None of us never thought that the local online market would accept it if we go back two to three years ago. It's no secret that both online and offline frauds happen at high rate in the Philippines. In the end, this made online transaction the least option to many local online users. It was usually local classified ads that were close to an online store, which is actually a buy and sell industry. They showed the ropes to the arrival of online malls by allowing online users to buy and sell on their website. Their visitors eventually became a community in the marketplace industry. When people want to buy something online, they didn't have option yet when local online classifieds didn't exist yet.

It was to check the industry price value of items that users want to buy. It changed how online users perceive Internet connection on a more diverse aspect. It was being used as a medium for local online users to buy and sell. Ecommerce was very far from this as third party resellers populate the local online ads. Offline transactions are done here most of the time. Local online users made an impact to local online users. This boosted the preparation of the Ecommerce industry's arrival in the country. People were already familiarized with Ecommerce websites upon their arrival. The reward was too high for customers that they can discount the risk. Group buy websites showcased great deals that can't be found from others. Their prices were way below the SRP that customers will have a hard time to pass. Last year, Lazada Philippines arrived in the country. It is an online mall available in other countries of South East Asia. The Samwer brother owns this venture along with the other ventures under Rocket Internet as well.

The Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall made an impact in the local Ecommerce industry through its payment methods. With so many payment methods available, this allowed online customers to be in control. Unlike conventionally, online stores require only credit card payments online or thru PayPal. It actually affects the customers in availing what they want since they can't pay online the conventional way. They first introduced Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. to the local online users. The payment method allowed Lazada online store to tap the untapped market in the Philippines. This is actually the majority market or audience in the country. Ecommerce is now rising with this recently tapped market included in the customer mix. This is the reason why they manage to sustain there business as everyone now can be there customers compared before were it was just a fraction of the country’s population. They truly made everything better in regards to online shopping. They not only made online malls an accepted choice but they changed the culture of the local online users to Ecommerce.
